I am about 5 months post op and I fell like the contour of my chest is not improving anymore there are indentations with hard scar tissue on each side.  I massage both sides daily but am worried this is as good as it's going to get doing need a followup?

And advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Honestly, at five months post op, your situation does not look like it will improve spontaneously.  You will probably need some type of revision surgery.  You have two options:  return to your surgeon, discuss the situation and ask what he/she can do about it, or, visit another gyne expert for an opinion -- and be prepared to travel for such expertise.

Good luck!
