I finally had my surgery on 10/10/16, after living with gynecomastia for twenty years. I am happy that my chest is flat, but the results aren't looking too great. I have an appt with my surgeon next month to discuss revisions, but what should i be prepared to discuss with him? I don't want revision after revision.

I agree, the results are not optimal.  And honestly, I don't think there will be significant improvement over time although no harm in waiting.

I would strongly suggest you seek the opinion of a gyne expert in your area -- bring your before photos and get a copy of the operative report from your surgeon.  After that opinion, you might consider returning to your surgeon to discuss possible revision options.  But realize that any attempt at revision should be done at a minimum of 6 or more months after the initial procedure.

Good luck!

That is a question that you should pose to your surgeon.  Some tightness is normal.

Thank you Dr. Schuster.  Do you think it can be fixed?

Most irregularities can be improved. Secondary surgery is always a little more difficult to control so you always need to accept that you might not achieve perfect results.
