Hi, my first post so go easy! I know this is a question that's been asked 100s of times, but I'm looking for a routine that will help my chest, and me as a whole.

In regards to myself, am 23, 6'6 and am a slim-medium build, would say more 'flabby' than fat. Now to be honest when I was younger I was ridiculously thin, being 6'6 I looked very lanky - since i've turned 18 though I've filled out a fair bit, but a lack of exercise meant that it's not particularly toned - when I started gaining weight my gyne came a lot more noticeable.

I'm basically after a workout routine that will reduce the appearance of my gyne and hopefully tone me up everywhere - i'm realistic enough to know that without surgery I am not going to get rid of my 'moobs', but unfortunately I cannot afford the surgery.

Does anyone have a workout routine that has worked well for them, or any suggestions with regards to toning myself up and assisting with the reduction of my gyne?
