Ok, so say you loose weight and your gyne is still there and then you  get the surgery. Your chest is now flat. After a little while, you start to gain the weight back. Not much, just about 25 pounds. Can you loose the weight and make your chest flat again? Or will  you need lipo again?

25 lbs??????

im sure u could gain fat back there, there just wont be the gland hopefully underneath it.

but if you gain 25 lbs for no good reason (and its not muscle), you deserve to throw out your 3-5G on the surgery!

Well, what happens is, I go on a diet and loose weight. But I start eating normal, not talking fast food, and stop exercising and I start gaining the weight back. I guess I have a really slow metabolism.

That is the million dollar question! I've been wanting to know the answer myself. Its a very good question that I think we should all take interest in knowing the answer to it!  ANYONE?!
