So its been ten years since I had glandular tissue removed in surgery.  I don't think it really did much.  In fact, once I saw what they had removed I was disappointed because I thought that it wouldn't do much.

I love the cold months because my nipples are constantly hard and my gynecomastia is barely even noticeable.  I never turn down an opportunity to go swimming when it cold out!

It is not very noticeable in a front shot; it's only noticeable that I have big nipples.
It's very noticeable in a side shot.

I am planning on going in for a consult with a local surgeon who a friend did his surgery with, but I'd like some more objective advice.
So experts please chime in.

Tough to tell from these photos.  Sometimes the best and only way to tell if you have excess tissue is to have a surgeon examine you.  And even then, if you do have some excess tissue, it would be up to you to decide whether or not to have surgery.
