hello i need suggestions and insight on something i never wanted to feel again. FOR anyone reading this;; getting gyne surgery was the best thing in my life. weight off my shoulders,  now 10 years later i have noticed that despite the gland removal the area around it was sagged or grown (weight gain) i am not sure but all i know is that it feels like i have gyne all over again.  frustrating because its something i know isnt that bad but i can feel .    please need suggestions on the types of skin tightening or removal etc....

Overall, you chest appears pretty good.  There is some excess tissue on the upper chest.  Would first try to get your weight down to the weight you had when you had your original gyne surgery.  Then re-evaluate.  If there is still some discrepancy in the chest, then consult with an experienced gyne surgeon for consideration of revision surgery.

Yes near my armpit i do feel like some fat has accumulated 
I will do as u suggested; last question please
What does chest revision surgery entail? In my case since its in the upper part

Its great you had a wonderful experience with your gynecomastia correction 10 years ago. Significant weight change can certainly alter the result. There are a number of things that can be done surgically to improve the situation in addition to diet and exercise.
