Back in May I finally worked up the courage to call this place and today was my consult. A pretty long wait especially for what needed to be said but oh well.

I'm going forward with strictly gland removal and was wondering if this was going to be enough to make my chest look good...well good enough? The PS seems to think it is so i'm thinking it should be ok. I do have a kind of fatty chest but the gland is what really gives the gyne away.

I've Posted some pre-op pics...well 4 months before the op but i'm also wondering what you guys think of getting strictly gland removal with my case.

well, from the looks of it, i think your doc is right.  fat doesn't seem to be your problem, here. seems to be excess tissue/gland.

I also agree. But you seem to have a mild case at that. From those pics, you really do not look bad even as is. You remove the gland I think your problem is solved. Good luck.

Yes Saucy, glandular should do.  Is he using local or general anesthesia.  He should be able to use local.  Also recovery shouldn't be too bad.  Good luck.
