I am two weeks post op revision. The first op was 7 months ago. This time it was only my right side nipple which still had traces of gland tissue. I think The doc did a pretty good job in the exision and removing the gland. The swelling that was around the areloa has almost completly gone.  Only one thing worrries me. I think I have scar tissue on the side of my areloa (the skin is discolored rigth above it). It does not feel like the gland I used to have. It is harder and sense less to the touch. I felt it after a week the bandage came off. It has not gotten any smaller. I really don't think it is gland tissue (hope it is not). I am just worried that in a few months (6 months) when all the swelling has goes down the scar tissue will be more noticable.

My question is can scar tissue be removed my surgery?
