Well i had puffy nips and had an op 6 months ago. My chest isnt perfect it puffed out a lil but i can live with it. Well i noticed when ever i smoke a lot of weed or get drunk or have a lot of sex that in the morning my chest looks perfect. Its werid. .

havent had surgery yet, but whenever i am doing something that increases my heart rate my nips get small and tight
