well that was rather tasteless lol. interesting to see videos of the surgery but where was the gland removal? i dont think that is a good advertizement for that doc.

well the surgeon in the video uses power assisted lipo (PAL) wich is Lista's technique i believe (correct me if i'm wrong) so the gland is not removed through an incision around the areola like Fielding does. some people say that Lista has a little tool to remove the gland that fits in the little hole.

I believe that was liposuction!
