hello new person need help
hey all :D

i have just registered. very informative site, i must say.

few questions i have:

my ps told me not to get hurt after surgery. forgot to ask him the repurcussions. can anyone let me know why.

any help is appreciated.

For one, it can slow your healing time by damaging the newly formed tissue, resulting in more noticeable scars and things like that.  Just take his advice and don't get hurt :P

oops! got hurt on the collar , someone just banged me from top to bottom on the collar musle from behind. 31 days post op now. anyways, there was no pain i felt . shud i be concerned??? would i end up lookinhg disfigured or somethin??

Haha I'm sure you're fine.  If you didn't even feel any pain I doubt there's anything wrong.  I wouldn't worry, especially at 31 days post op.
