Is the tissue hard dense glandular tissue or softer fatty tissue?

As you see it the first pic my skin looks tight because it was very hard tissue after loosing weight it got a lot softer.

Weight loss alone will not get rid of that.

Hey mate you need gyno surgery like Dr Jacobs says,I tried that and it made it worse because the weight lost only promotes the gyno to look worse and show more. You need surgery I promise!!!!
