Hey I was wondering if dudes can just naturally store their fat in their chest instead of it being spread equally??? I've had breasts literally since I was an infact, it didnt appear during puberty

So yeah, is it possible that weight can be stored in the chest instead of it being spread equally?

Absolutley, rarely do you see anyone with an even spread of fat. Most guys get it in the gut, neck\face and unfortunately the chest. Most women store fat in their hips and chest. Look around you will see that this is Mostly the case.

Men with excessive fat do tend to have certain contour issues.  Check out this link about Sumo Wrestlers.  Men tend to carry excessive weight in their chest and stomach.

Nature plays cruel tricks on us.  For men, the breast area is often the first place where we build deposits of fat and conversely it is the most difficult area to lose fat.

For a woman, it is often the reverse. if she puts on weight it is all hips, buttocks and thighs, but if she loses two pounds, her breasts go flat.

For a man, he puts weight on around his waist and has trouble keeping his pants up while his mates fat hips and thighs cause her skirts to ride up.

Don't laugh, This is the simple truth! It is no joke.

Just wondering if men start exercising, where does the fat come off from first?

When you start exercising the first fat to come off seems to be the place that it goes on last....
e.g, as a male you'll probably lose it from places like your thighs, arms, etc...chest and waist being the LAST place it comes off (first place it goes on).  This was my personal experience anyway and I think others here would agree.

Like paa paw said, with women, they lose fat in their breasts first, then eventually it leaves the thighs and hips...

The only time I found my stubborn chest fat disappearing was when I became so skinny that my entire appearence looked sickly and unnatural. Hence I decided to have surgery.

As you have probably read all over the internet, you can't spot reduce fat i.e. doing weights in the chest area won't burn fat in the chest area.

Frustrating? Very.

Wow, i posted this 3.5 years ago and i still have the lingering problem. I saw a specialist where there was a massive language barrier, with the way he presented himself he sounded like a breast cancer specialist that was incompetent. Since then i have gained 25 lbs :( . Back in 2005 i did zero weight training, so i had a skinny fat body. Now i'm leaning towards chubby.

The problem i'm in is that i don't have puffy nipples, no sagging (though my father had sag in his 40s, i'm frightened of that possibility). It simply looks like my fat deposits straight to my chest. From the age of 2 years old, i can see my chest being flabby. I've never had low body fat (still small figured, but no tone) , so i can't really tell if it's gyno or not.

Seeing as i log in here sporadically (i usually log in when i have severe anxiety about my chest), hopefully i log in here in a few months back in 2005 form, but with more muscle and less body fat! This will be my last ditch effort before going under the knife.

I advise my patients to get to a weight / body fat percentage they are comfortable with before considering surgery.  You can Calculate your BMI to see what is normal.  BMI does not distinguish between what makes up the weight: bone, fat, muscle, water.  Body fat Analyzers can provide such details.  It is not just a contour issue, does the extra weight feel good?  My patients typically tell me that they feel so much better after weight loss!

For those with too much body fat, Weight Loss Before Gynecomastia Surgery can help with the fat, but not the gland.  However, you cannot pick where your fat comes from.  The male breast contour comes from skin, fat, and gland.  Check out the Anatomy of Gynecomastia.

Plastic Surgery is not a good jump start tool for weight loss.  I have seen disasters from patients from other doctors with deformities from significant weight loss after their surgery.  Men tend to put fat on first in the belly and chest bands.  We tend to take of those areas last.  Early surgery and depending on weight loss to predictably change the body is a bad gamble.  No Surgery Body Shaping Garments are a better temporizing choice.

As a surgical sculptor, I view weight loss as a coarse tool and my plastic surgery as a refinement tool.  I prefer to use the coarse tool first, and then my sculpture for refinement.
