I have had gynecomastia for over 5 years and i'm 18 now. I've started gymming 3 times a week with whey protein intake before the workout. There is an increase in size of the gyno, and it's the area over the glands not the muscle. I have also been using tamoxifen citrate to prevent these kind of things. I also have a habit of masturbating often..this info is relevant considering the hormonal part of gyno...So please help me find out what's wrong guys :(
