I need help
Does anyone know of any doctors in New York that can perform the surgery for $3,000 or under and does a really good job? I know this might be asking for much, but does anyone know of a doctor like that? if so Please give me their contact information or location. Thanks

My doctor in VA would do it for around $3500 but you don't get put to sleep.. needles in your chest and you can't have severe gyne or he won't do it that way

If you're willing to get it done internationally you can spend a few hundred on a flight and then the doc would do it in the $2,500+ range.  If you do find one in NY for who'll do it for $3,000 that would be great though.  Good luck!
