The Duration
I have had puffy nipples for about 1 and 1/2 years. It has really effected me badly. I am right now going through puberty. How long will this last?

Give it another year or two. I had a couple friends who got it when they were 14 or so and I think it went away within a few years.

Totally agree!  Wait it out a bit, even though it may sometimes be difficult for you.

Try wearing a snug compression shirt to give you better contour and to eliminate snide comments from your buddies.
