I agree it is not as bad as a lot of cases I have seen, but it's still a problem. What do you think it is, judging from the pic only? gland or mostly fat? (if possible lol)

Yeah glandular. Mine is like that, only on the left side. The right is flat as a runway. It's the protrusion on only ONE side that really bugs me. Rebound XT helped decrease the gland somewhat and i'm gonna start another cycle soon. Also hitting the gym more regularly and running more often in hopes of getting rid of some of the fats surrounding the gland.

I don't wanna go for surgery because of certain fears. Hopefully gyno can be treated with medicine in the near future. If you need cash, look at high-yield online investments. You just need to be able to sort the scams from the genuine ones. A great one would be this:
