Toys are basically the only option. 🙄
The same with me. I really envy my cousin who is much older (77) and has terrific sex with his 62 year old wife without any pills or toys. At least he told me this. I didn't answer.

Sitting has been something I've done for years. My wife would complain about splashing and spots that I wouldn't notice on the floor. I just figured sitting would be easier and give me a moment to just relax for a few.
I'm on the other side of the spectrum in that 'sitting' has been my only option my entire life. I tried a urinal once our of curiosity and peed all over myself.
I like the female urination device (FUD) or 'urinal' very much, since it enlarges my short thingy to 10 inches. If in a male restroom no free stall is available, it is much more hygienic to use it since I don't need to stand too close to the urinal with the floor underneath which is often wet from urine.
And I often use it at home, since I don't need sitting down for peeing and there are no splashes.

"That makes a dangerous combo, but I'm glad our Torrid has girls that "know their bras!""

I have a couple of boutiques where I shop for alot of my bras. I also use Torrid. I wear a 36G in most Torrid bras so I have to order them and have them shipped to the store. It sounds like a pain in the but, however, I go in a try them on and only pay for what I want to keep and they send the rest back. It also gives me a chance to do a little shopping while I'm in there.

User Diaries / Red Reishi

I feel I may have stumbled upon the reason for my gynecomastia. Or at least the growth that has taken place in the last year. I'm an avid runner and hiker. I am pretty active when I can be otherwise and over time my joints just get inflamed and sore. On a runners forum someone was talking about Red Reishi mushroom supplements for joint pain and inflammation. I decided to give it a try and was surprised in a week or so my knees and back felt a lot better. I took it periodically when needed and it always did the trick. I incorporated it in to my weekly supplements like vitamin d and b complex and zinc and it has just been a good addition.

Fast forward to the company i bought from being out of stock for a bit, I got on amazon to find another when I went to re order, I looked at reviews and seen some people talking about the anti androgenic effects of Red Reishi they enjoyed. I did not enjoy reading this pesonally lol and wasn't aware this supplement did that. Curious as things online are tough to tell if fact or fiction, I looked it up on the NCBI and other health driven articles and it appears this supplement is a strong anti androgen. I am unsure if taking this supplement for the last year has caused the growth I've experienced, but I have removed it from my regular regimen of things and will be much more detailed in researching things before adding another item for health causes to cross reference if they have impact on hormones on any level.

Not sure if this post is valid, but thought it was worth mentioning after digging a bit on it and feeling most of us probaby take somethign or another for general health and who knows what it may be doing on the otherside of things that we may be unaware of. I have a GP visit in May and plan on asking her more about this type of thing and having my hormone levels checked

JJ,

That's a great bra for you. It looks like a great fit and very comfortable. I'm happy to see that you AND your wife have accepted the fact that you need to wear a bra. It's tough to deny that you need to wear a bra as much as your wife when you are sharing the same bras!

My wife and I wore the same size for a while. I went through several growth spurts and she lost quite a bit of weight. She's a 34C now while I wear a 36H in most of my bras. She doesn't complain about me having bigger boobs. She likes my boobs and she's just happy that she doesn't have to carry them around all day.

In the last year my ED issues has become more frequent than ever. To a point my wife often will ask if it’s going to work before we try to entertain the idea. Between that and loss of libido sex, has become a thing of the past it seems. I have tried the pills and changes in diet and exercises claimed to boost blood flow and testosterone. Taken supplements that are good for this area supposedly and nothing seems to work. And when it does work it’s usually a day that doesn’t work for us to engage in things.

I was curious if anyone else has issues in this area of estrogen dominance and e dysfunction. Has there been anything that works for you? In our 30s it kind of sucks to think at least in the moment the bedroom is not a room to go to except to sleep lately. Curious if anyone else cares to share any remedy’s they found.

Going back to your original question… Viagra etc, can make a real difference when desired.  I have not found any supplements that did much.  A factor certainly is T/E ratio/balance. Also there are a ton of medications that impact function (not surprisingly, several also risk breast growth):  Almost all diuretics and blood pressure meds, most acid reducers, prostate treatments, and less commonly suspected but certainly a factor: most antihistamines, most NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.).  Check with your doc if could pause these a day beforehand, it may help but of course ONLY IF you can do so safely.
These may not impact the average guy, but I’m likely at or past a tipping point already, so I find planning helps (kills spontaneity).

Looks to me JJ_Gyne, that you have accepted and found what works for you.  Bra choices like that give a nice rounded look without seams and such to show through shirts.  With your supportive wife and choice of bras I think you have it quite together.  That said in our minds we may have those times where we feel we are watched or checked out, just remember their thoughts really don't matter or change who we are.

JJ, very nice bra and you look well supported and contained and gives you nice cleavage. And your wife is right. Your breasts are very feminine in appearance. If you don't wear full-time, you could benefit for full-time wear. Nothing to be ashamed of there. Good on you!

Lots of raw honesty in this thread. Maybe THIS is the club that none of us wanted to join.

Atrophy, yes. Mine can also almost disappear in underwear. I also had a radical prostatectomy, but mine was nine years ago. I was already experiencing some ED before then, treated with viagra, and I was aware that permanent and complete ED was a risk factor after surgery. Happily, I felt some nocturnal stirrings while I was still in hospital, and even though it hurt with the catheter in place, it gave me a lot of confidence. But over the years things just got worse and worse. I was needing stronger and stronger doses of V, but it gave me horrible side effects like the feeling that my head (the one on my shoulders) was about to explode, and I couldn't handle it.

I don't want to go into detail about what happened subsequently, but I did try other methods (Caverject) for a while, but certain events and circumstances since then have meant that the fire is well and truly out. Libido is almost zero now too.

Up until last year I was still able to pleasure myself occasionally even if mostly flaccid, but I also have nothing but numbness down there now most of the time. I suspect that I have experienced some damage to my pudendal nerve from a separate procedure I underwent last year. That procedure dealt with an issue that originated from my prostate cancer. The best I can hope for now is to edge, but it is very difficult to even reach that stage, and there is nothing after that at all.

My wife and I are good. Nothing is expected, her libido is low too, but I am still able to pleasure her in a variety of different ways which we do every now and then, and that makes me happy too.

A few have asked for my experience with Finasteride;  here it is:  As I mentioned I have long had gynecomastia - noticeable to me but just looking soft but fortunately not quite like breasts to others as a teen.  From my late 20s, I've had moobs that have been noticeable to be sure but not out of bounds for an bigger guy, they just stayed fatter when I was thinner.  The few tests I've had have been low-normal T.  I think medications exacerbated the condition.  I have been taking GERD meds since my 30s, blood pressure meds since my 40s (and pics from then show noticeable moobage) prostrate meds started in my early 50s.  Almost all of these carry some risk of gynecomastia. Maybe the additive effect of all, but my breats have defintely become increasingly noticeable with each year.

Finasteride:
I read up on finasteride - good and the bad - as nothing had really been working for my BPH (enlarged prostate).  The published rate for side effects is low (<1%), so it was well worth trying given magnitude of my BPH its surprising impact on lifestyle; I just hoped I would have minimal side impacts.  After a few months on finasteride, I just took Tamsulosin on occaison, and I was back to sleeping most of the night, although it took much longer to get to where I could make a couple of hours without a bathroom break.  More than three years in now, however, I can generally make a two plus hour meeting, show, flight or car trip, like my 40 something self could - I sometimes marvel at that.

Suspected side effects:  About a year in, I noticed my leg hair had almost disappeared and my legs got thicker, softer and at somepoint later developed spider veins and cellulite which I never had before.  I stopped needing to shave every day - now every other day.  A year ago I noticed my arm hair became so fine, it is almost invisible.  Chest, backside and hips are bigger than three years ago at similar weights. I've lost a little size downstairs, and Viagra has been more necessary.  More recently I feel less decisive/action-oriented.  I've lost strength and muscle bulk and it is harder to build back; Covid gym avoidance did not help.  Maybe due to less muscle, it seems harder to lose weight (and other meds don't help).

Thus while most may not get reduced masculinity/feminizing side effects, they are real for me and a percentage of the population. I've since read the incidence of gynecomastia from fin is higher in older men (5%).  In hindsight, I should have suspected I was much more likely to experience side effects given I already had gynecomastia; reports only consider those who develop gynecomastia on a given med, but no reports have that as a starting point.

So - would I do it all over again, knowing what I know? On the whole, YES. Looking back, I miss my former natural strength and focus, and I have to dress much more carefully; I miss the ability to lose weight.  The rest I can live with and frankly is not uncommon among post-midage men.  Overall quality of life, however, is much better; BPH was becoming quite problematic and limiting for me. I think the side effects I have are far better than the alternative of needing prostate surgery, which has not-insignificant risk of life-long incontinence, which would be far more life, lifestyle and career altering.  I also have prostate cancer risk; my understanding is fin reduces risk of low grade cancers and improves the detectability of more aggressive cancers (but does not change the risk of those), and certainly would be impactful.

This is my experience and as we all know we all react differently, and so absolutely discusss any BPH or other conditions and treatments with your doctor.
