turmeric root
has anyone in here ever used tumeric root or anyone know anything about it if it helps reduce gynecomastia and if u have used it what has it done to ur gynecmoastia????

It is commonly used in prepared mustard, pickles, etc.

If you eat enough of it, you will turn yellow.  But your gynecomastia will not be affected.
