Almost 3 months post op. Question.

Theres still some swelling and my nipples are still tender. I should give it at least 6 months right?

Also is it safe to lay on my stomach now? It feels a bit weird on my chest though but is it safe?

Yes the final result will be after 6 months my doctor said that also

BUMP. Can I lay on my stomach? That is how I usually use my laptop

I find it most comfortable to use my laptop laying on my back with my knee's bent and my computer propped against my thighs/ stomach and a couple pillows supporting my head neck and upper back.. Laying on you're stomach is actually really bad for your spine and I can't imagine a position on stomach while on the laptop that wouldn't put strain on your neck as well. Not really sure if you can lay on your stomach though, probably a question for the doctor.
