How long are you not suppose to work out for? Also is it ok to start working on other muscles except chest earlier?
Lose 10 (kg) by August... Achieved
Lose 5 (kg) by Mid-September.....Achieved
Gain 20 (lb) in Muscle by December.......Achieved, Gained 24lb in Muscle
Gynecomastia Consultation October 17, 08......Complete

In my experience, 3-4 weeks is usually sufficient. This is influenced by several factors including pain, wound healing, the extent of surgery that you had, etc. Having said that, when most men return to excercise, they tend to have a litle more swelling which ulitmately goes away.
