So i am around three week mark now and my left nipple were i had the cut has healed over with stitchs that are internal i guess (dissolvable) but my right seemed to already have a tiny bit of stitch comming through the skin and its healing slower, today i had a bath and thinking it was abit of skin flicked it off but it was more stitch comming through the skin so is this supposed to happen it's fully healed over it's just a tiny bit in the corner? it isn't bleeding just tiny bit of blood from were the small hole is, kind of worried it will make it look bad when healing and scar tissue etc.

More than likely, you have dissolving sutures.  On occasion, one end of a suture may protrude through the skin.  Best treatment is to place some antiseptic ointment on the "hole" and cover with a bandaid.  It should heal well within several days.

Best to check with your surgeon, however.
