Okay Guys, Here they are...I will post some pre Op later when I get a chance to get on my home computer. I will edit this post. These pics are after 5 days post op. Please let me know what u think about my right pec, I believe more lipo could have been done there. When I touch the puffed up part on my right side it feels very hard under, I think my rib is swollen? Does this make any sense? RIb being swollen? I like the way my left side is looking but I am not satisfied with my right just yet, hopefully after some months down the road it gets better. Surgery was on January 8th in NYC, with Dr. Jacobs

PreOP (Sorry thats the best shots I have) This is before gaining muscle weight, I was pretty light like 160lb. Current Pics are at 184lb.

Anyone know what this lump is under my right pec nipple? It still seems like gyno... If it stays like this I am going to ask for a revision to get that removed. I think there is till some swelling but not much.

Way Way Way to early to even think about judging.  You can't judge your result with swelling and scar tissue.  When they are gone then you can pass judgment.

The same puffed up part on my right chest was there during 2 days post-op, scar tissue cant form that quickly. Unless it was swelling that slowly is transforming into scar tissue.

There doesn't seem to be a scar around your nipple.  Where was the excision done?

oh its a incision thats done by the armpits just below them actually....Dr. Jacobs uses a tool he designed that can pull out fat, and gland by just doing lipo with this tool. He said if he cant get the gland out he makes an incision below the nipple, when I was done with surgery he said he was able to get all of it by just the side incisions.

Of course! I always associate excisions around the areola. Results seem good but of course we need pre-op photos. It can only get better from here on :)

I can't believe how little you are bruised!  I looked black, yellow and blue for over a week.  My left side was also not healing at the same rate at my right side until about 2 months post op.  Now I am 3 months and they look the same.  Don't worry.  You need to tell yourself everyday that you are not going to judge until at least 3-6 months post-op.   There is no point in thinking any other way.

I had surgery with Jacobs on Oct 21 2008.

Thanks for the reply, yea I didn't have that extreme of a case so no hard core lipo had to be done...I guess that is why I am not as bruised. Did you have this Same problem with 2 sides no looking the same?

Yes -- it took at least 10 weeks for both sides to look the same!  12 weeks later they look fine but you need to be REALLY patient.  Dr Jacobs did a good job!

cool, as long as they come out even then I am fine with it. Right side is giving me more pain for some reason in the past days, maybe more aggressive lipo was done on it that is why its swollen up in the first place. Thanks again man.

PS. Do u have pre and post up pics of ur procedure?

I posted some pics on here.  If you look at the user photos there is one called "Mark's pre op post op pics" or something like that...

My left side was much more bruised and sore than the right side.
