Hey all

I understand the importance of wearing the compression garment for the first 6 weeks - but does this mean wearing the vest 24/7, during sleep?

Cheers

I do!!  it helps for faster results and flatter chest!!  Longer you wear it the better the results and also quicker  ;)!

Agree completely with fluffy titis -- the tighter it is worn and the longer you wear it, the better and faster your recovery.  On the other hand, wearing a tight compression garment is a true pain in the neck -- I know it.  Therefore, do the best you can while trying to wear it as long as you can -- 24/7 -- except when you shower.
