There is some gland there. If you lose weight first, I think will be an easy fix. Good luck.

I recommend you get in shape first then you can decide for sure.

There is some extra tissue on your chest.

If you have just gained 15 kgs, why not try to lose it first and then post some additional pictures?

As requested, your images do not show the entire picture. My Standard Photos for Gynecomastia additional views, especially the oblique can be revealing about contour issues not shown just on frontal and side views.

The weight gain, fat or muscle. What is your height, weight, and body fat percentage?  Have you checked your BMI Calculation? A Body Fat Analyzer can be an important tool to determine how much weight is fat, vs bone, vs muscle.

If you are not happy with your weight, weight loss before surgery is normally better than weight loss after surgery.
