Okay, so Im nearly 17 . I have had them since I was 13. They aren't so much man " boobs", just really prominently sticking out puffy nipples

Im unsure about surgery since due to hormones, the doctor said there is a chance they may completely go , well ... so he sais ?

Im gonna post some pictures.  a couple of questions though

Is there a chance they can go . Ps : blood test shows that my hormones are normal

Also, does the doctor you have matter, I might get it done in the royal free hospital on the NHS, apparently they are good.

Please reply back, any feedback or comments would be really appreciated.

Hey!

Welcome.  My advice would be is if they bother you it never hurts to get them checked.  I had started showing signs since I was 14 and I had two doctors tell me "eh it will go away, nothing to worry about..."  and I just got my surgery done this past week.  I turned 30 in June.  If I had not left it up to one opinion I would have had surgery in my 20's and not have been so self conscious all those years.

Have you spoken to your parents about it?  It's nothing to be ashamed to talk about it, it's best to talk about it instead of letting it go for a long time.  It never hurts.

Hope that helps and let me know how it goes.

cheers,
D

Here's advice from a 60 year old former weightlifter who's been around and knows a little something.

Your nipples are most likely puffed up from excess estrogen, which is in a lot of food that you eat, in liquids that are packaged in plastic, chicken, milk, marijuana, and many other sources.

If you increase your muscle mass or strength, your testosterone level will certainly increase. If your testosterone level increases, the nipples will eventually ATROPHY (get smaller, or if not smaller, flatter). This is a fact of science which is usually ignored on this site in favor of surgery. To increase testosterone levels, you don't need to develop huge muscles. You need to do DAILY military-style calesthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, 4 & 6 count burpees, leg raises, etc, and turn your body into a "lean mean machine". Rest on Saturday & Sunday. Results do NOT come quickly. It will take at least 12 months to burn all the fat off before the nips start to go down. At 16, you're at the exact right age to do it. Wait till you're 19, and the nip size will be permanent. After 2 years of 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week of rigorous calesthenics, the nips will be smaller, and flat, showing a dominance of male hormone (testosterone) in your system. And - you will have set yourself up in life with a strong body that will serve you well for a long and healthy life.

Ignore those bimbos who claim the exercise will just make the nips more noticeable. They might actually become more noticeable at first, as you lose "baby fat". But then the male hormone will kick in, and you'll become a hard young man, and the nips will atrophy. Give it 2 years. This exact program worked for my nephew. My nephew's nips were easily bigger than yours, and now they are flat - period.

Good Luck youngster with your managed transition into becoming a man - now's your time.
