hi ill be 16 years old at 11/4 and my weight is 84 kg and im 1.79 ...

in the last picture i just emphasize my chest muscle...

and just to tell you that im working at the gym and my chest is pretty strong , i do dips and i do flys with 75 lbs and i do chest pushing 40kg

so i cant get rid of it ? you mean , ill six pack my belly but my chest will still be fatty .
ijust want it to be more tough.
i want to run normally and sit normally , by no worring about how i look , it can be done ?

You do have gyne, and you have some fat on your belly

With your chest, youd probally need surgery as for your belly and sides gym could help.  But a good gym routine! Id aim for 5 days a week with abs 3 times and 25 mins of cardio every time you go. Make sure you do every muscle group not just your chest

I think your love handles make your chest look worse, you havent really got a bad case of gyne and if you got a tight core then it could be improved but surgery is the only way to get rid of the gland!

Yes, that is gyne.

I agree, it is always better to workout and lower your body fat to see if you'd want to get the surgery. I think you would be happy if you Lower your body fat and work your midsection.

Vibration training? Like those paid programming commercials? Haha don't waste your good time and money on those, go to the gym 5 times a week do about 20 mins of cardio and 30-45 mins of weight training 2-3 times a week.

Road running is the best, but i dont like doing it because i have bad knees i tend to run around the park on the grass next to the concrete if im doing it, but then it just turns into the hurdles as im dodging all of the dog shit

Id just vary it every week, one week treadmill, crosstrainer, bikes , rowing machine and so on

if youve got a proper power plate then yeah use it

Personally, I really enjoy and see results from high intensity interval training (HIIT), look it up.

In the winter, I do HIIT on the stairs in my house. In the spring, and warmer weather I do HIIT in my back yard, which is pretty big. I do 10 laps sprinting and 5 laps walking and repeat for about 15 mins.

Um..I'm not really familiar with treadmill settings so this will be a little vague maybe.

Maybe do 5 mins of running then lower the speed and do 2 mins of walking. And repeat for 20 mins.

well , my parents told me that they will take me to an medical examination with my family doctor , my question is if he will notice the gland and the gyne . cuz he is not a expert with gyne cases , so i wanna be sure that he will notice that something is unusuall here , and he won't tell me to loose fat (ill hurt him )

if you go out for a walk your burning fat, its just about consistency! A good diet is important and i dont mean a crash diet just dont eat junk food fizzy drinks etc. Eat fruit and veg and keep it up. Treadmills are fine just dont over do it just do 25 minutes each gym visit and ride it out.

Ill imagine what your doctor will say its puberty and youl grow out of it, if i was in your position id print off some before and after cases on here and show them to your doc/family if you choose to go down the route of surgery. Some docs are still in the dark ages around this type of cosmetic surgery so that may help
