How bad?
Do I have any chance of improving this with weight loss or is it only surgery that will help?

Surgery including excision is the only option for removing gynecomastia.

I agree, surgery is the only way!

I know that we have had some words on another post, but your case isn't the worse that I have seen! It is worse then others have posted though thinking that they had a problem, when infact they did not!

Good luck with what ever you decide to do!
