do i still have any gynecomastia?

What's your opinion on the result?

is there any scope for further improvement. If yes, what improvements can be done?

I wouldn't say you still have gyne, to me it looks like saggy skin! I'm not sure what would take care of it, but it looks like it needs it be tighter.

Agree with Hammer. If it's not loose skin it kinda looks like fat deposits that haven't been contoured correctly.
Looks like it could be a mix of both.

Did you use to be over weight? How old are you? That could tell us
About your skins elasticity.

You must believe something is off if you posted this.
You should contact a gyno specialist and have your chest examined.

Good luck.

Thanks Jay adams and Hammer for going through my pics and providing your opinion/advice. Really appreciate that.
I am 33. i was not over-weight. my height: 5.7 inches and weight: 64 kgs. I have consulted several Plastic surgeons for revision surgery. one doctor told me I still have some gland. one doctor I only have some fat. one doctor told me that I have loose skin and I don't have either gland or fat. one doctor told me I might have some scar tissue on right side. am so confused now.

You really need to see a surgeon like the ones on this site.
These guys WILL know what is inside your chest and what you'll need done.

Its so important that you see a gyne specialist. I'll be honest in that last pic you can see that if you saw a specialist in gynecomastia you could have a great looking chest. Its still in there.

I would just hit the gym and build your upper body before getting revision.

Exercise is always good for you to do in so many ways, but I also agree with Jay Adams as far as you should see one of the surgeons on this forum to get an expert opinion!

You will be able to walk away knowing for sure what you need to do, or what needs to be done after that!
