After my first surgery I thought all was fine. I was for a while but then my skin started to sag. Now I look worse than before. Especially my left one. The left one seems to be my only problem. The thing is that I gained some weight since then. I'm six foot one and weigh nearly 280. I was a little heavy the first time but not as heavy as this. The first doctor told me he would remove the glands and do the lipo but not remove the excess skin because I was a bit too fat. I just want to know how much weight is sufficient enough to loose in order get the revision done. This time I wont be going to Tijuana to get it done. Please help. I'm probably worst revision candidate here.

Why not post some photos of yourself, both before and after surgery, together with your weight at each time?

Obviously, with large weight fluctuations, you are methodically stretching out your skin -- and many times skin removal will be required to provide a trimmer and more contoured chest.  And along with that, oftentimes the nipples have to be re-positioned to a more normal position as well.

Best to return to your surgeon -- but try to get your weight down as well.

good luck!
