Yep that looks like gyne. You could try losing some body weight but a case that pronounced isn't likely going to go away on its own.

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
Yes, I think I can say you definitely have gynecomastia both fat and gland.  Your areolas are similar to what mine were.  You really don't need a front picture anyway because the side tells the story.  This may not make you feel better, but you're not alone here.  You've found the right place for support, answers, and solutions.  Welcome!!!

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
You definitely have it PapaSmurf.

You've really got it.

I'm sure the doctor will have positive intentions, but I'm just not sure a pill or an adjustment in hormones will help you.

I guess it depends on a lot of factors and tests.

How old are you? From your handle, it sounds like you're older.

From your post (need to talk to your parents) maybe you're a kid.

Man, I really feel for you.

Go to www.aace.com.  It's the American Assoc. of Clinical Endocrinologists.  Do a search of doctors in your area, particularly those who show reproductive endocrinology as an area of interest.

You're 16. How long have you had it. At that age, it may actually go away.  I didn't realize you were so young. When did it develop?

hey man... welcome to the board.
you have found the right place and ,my guessing, at the right time too...
you may have to wait until you pass puberty... one year or so for operation.
good luck
