I am pretty sure the answer is "yes" but I wanted a more educated opinion.  I have had "issues" since I was about 12-13 but it is only now (like within the past 2 hours) that I have really realized what it is.  I hadn't even heard of gyno until I got involved with weightlifting and weightlifting forums, over the past 6 months.  I had always assumed that it was b/c I was a bit overweight.  When I started lifting in the summer nothing really changed.  I just lost 20lbs of fat over the past while, and there wasn't much of a difference.  So...yeah, I am glad I found this site.  Tell me what you think.  gyno yay/nay?

I can always take a better pic if these are inadequate.

Yes, it's definitely gyne...  :( I'd say there is both fat and gland but it's much more glandular.

Haha, well at least that means I can begin the process of doing something about it.
