Help - Surgeon near vermont.
I am a 19 year old Gyno suffering since puberty.  I have decided to just get the surgery done now, as I obsess about it each and every day. 

Now, I need to find the right surgeon.  Does anyone have any experiences with silverman in MA?

First - Yes, I am positive I need the surgery.  I have been into fitness for the past couple years and have reached very low BF% at times.  Even when I have a 6-pack, the gyno is still there (a gland about the size of two grapes). 

I would like to keep them as low as possible.
