I'm just over 12 months post-surgery. Around the 3 month mark I started to have some scar tissue develop beneath each nipple. My surgeon is now retired, but I have access to Kenalog-10 and I can administer it to myself. I already know any self-reputable doctor is going to advise against this, but it seems fairly foolproof to me. Is this a very bad idea? I'm well-versed in sterile injection technique.

I agree with you -- no reputable doctor wuld recommend you inject yourself.

Kenalog is a strong medication, and if injected in the wrong place, can do more harm than good.
