I'd say it's a 2/10.  The main reason you can notice it is because your chest lacks muscular development.  Although you have some muscle mass, you're still pretty skinny.  Even though you currently do workout, you're not gaining much muscle becuase you probably don't eat as much. And with all the cycling you do, you need a bit more food to make sure your muscles have the nutrients they need to grow.

I'm assuming you do 8-12 reps per exercise.  Lower the reps but increase the weight.  So do around 3 sets of 4-6 reps, and try to stick to free weights and compound exercises (i.e. bench press, overhead press, rows, squats, deadlifts) instead of machines.  If you do this, as well as eat more (especially protein).  You should gain a bit of muscle and you'll look fine.  I  suggest you go to www.t-nation.com and read some articles and the message boards there.

hey bro, people are saying its non-existant because its a MINOR case - but what they dont understand is can give your life so much grief and give you something to stress over. no one wants too feel anymore self conscious than they have to. I have a very similar case to you, which i posted a few months ago and everyone said it was non-existant or gave it 1s or 2s. I'm 5"11, 73kilos, so almost the same as you  and im getting my intial consultation on the 13th to look at getting surgery.. my case is the same as yours, my nipples are fine when its cold, but when it gets hot they go puffy and i look like i have an extra 10% body fat, looking 10x less toned..

here are my GYNO pics (when im hot and i have puffy nipples):

same flex posed as you : http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/1075/flexedqb2.jpg

sideon (good look at gyno): http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/5287/sideonhc2.jpg

unflexed: http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/9834/unflexedvl9.jpg

here are my NON-GYNO pics (when its cold and i have no puffiness)

side on: http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/2113/rising2lowfe2.jpg

this is why i want surgery, i look a lot more toned and healthier when my nipples are hard and have zero puffiness.

the thing about gynecomastia is it is all relative (and most men have some - even models), you have a good body and most of the time you have a shirt off the minor puff that you do have wouldn't be evident (because cold at beach etc) even when puffy the degree of puff is minor, i do acnowlage its there but i think alot of people on this board make surgery sound really simple etc because in relation to their hate for their chests the pain from surgery was minimal. for people like myself who had a minor case (still prob more than double urs) im wondering if the final result will be worth the discomfort after surgery (6 weeks of uncomfortable nipples is quite uncomfortable, imagine constant nipple cripple) and the concern of how the final result will turn out regarding scars etc. most of the time im happy with my decision but in a case like yours you may find yourself wondering why did i spent 7 grand to get scars that may turn out to be more obvious than the condition? i cant help but wonder if you guys have ever noticed your friends nipples when  at the beach etc? i know that a few of mine probably have minor cases but wouldn't know about it and wouldn't have ever been teased for it then take into account that its different when cold or warm i know im hardly going to ask my friends about it or feel their chests for gland lol.

I agree with this. There is no such thing as training for cut. Definition is all about diet, weights will add muscle if you train properly and eat.  Add 15lbs of muscle to the rest of your body and I think you will look better.

I think you manic have a good frame to work with. Sure I see it a little but I think if you added some muscle to your arms and just so more beef overall you would look really good.  IMO surgery should be the last resort. People can die and it might not even work on a mild case like yours.

Build up that nice frame, thats my advice.

i understand it will be slightly less obvious if i was a bit bigger, but i also understand i would still be very self conscious.. in the last 3 years ive gone to the beach about 5 times and hated every minute of it.

If my chest looked like this, I would have never known about this website.  I would have thought that guys with chests like women should hit the gym more often.

If after my operation my chest looks like this, I'd be GLAD and celebrate.
