You guys I don't know what's going on. I am 6 weeks post-op and my nipples are hideous (well not like before anyway). My right nipple folds into some skin on the bottom part of the areola. Here's a picture (im flexing in the 1st pic):







My left side is also still protruding, but I've been stressing out lately if it's ever going to go away or if it's left over gland.


Can any experts give me their opinion? does it seem like i have some swelling and scar tissue and excess skin that needs to heal up or did my PS not take enough gland out?

Our bodies are not symmetrical. A certain amount of asymmetry would probably be noticed only by you unless you were to call it to someones attention.

At 6 weeks you are a bit premature to be critical, it may yet take a while to see what your final result is actually going to be.
