JUST REALLY GIVE AN EFFORT TO HAVE GOOD POSTURE THROUGH OUT THE DAY, OVER TIME YOU WILL MAKE IT A HABIT, AND YOU LOOK BETTER AND  MORE CONFIDENT THAT WAY.

Make it a game to try to touch your shoulderblades together all day every day as you're walking. That will keep your body straight.
