What that I said prompts the thought of prolactinoma?

Passant if it want for here I’d assume that was a picture of a woman in a man’s polo. Your breasts are quite prominent and shaped and lifted. If that’s without a bra then kudos on the day to day working around with those being so present. It’s things like that that gives many of us hope whether lurkers or daily contributors that it isn’t so bad to have what we have.

In my own case, having developed as a teen a female chest is all I have known. To always be covered in a modest (feminine) way when it comes to my chest. I have never known what it's like to be flat chested.  I think I would be devastated if I lost one or both. Sometimes it's the devil you know over the devil you don't know.

They are great for when you feel like going braless, but don’t want to nip out

I find myself being a bit “mercurial” with regard to my breasts.  I’m frustrated the difference is size between the two, but fine with what growth I have.  Most of the time I’m just not trying to flaunt anything by what I wear, but I’ve also abandoned an extra layer of shirt for the summer, and there have been a few days of evening out the girls with some padding and doing a some flaunting.

I also have paused and wondered if I should just get the surgery and be done with it.  But then I remember my own words “the only person my breasts have to fear is me” and I don’t think I could do that to them, us or me.

So I thank this forum for being there for me as I go on this roller coaster ride off my life.

It caught my attention, I had mine removed by nature. First testosterone. Instead of the 1% drop /year it went to zero to 12 in a few months. Did not feel good. The the E 2 levels went up in response ( aromatase). The gynecomastia came on quick. Then the Ca++ levels went up& a parathyroidoma manifested. Surgery fixed  that . Then a small lactation event started. It was followed by a ‘let down’ sensation in public. Got a lot of head scratching by my doctors. Then a Prolactinoma was found. 2 mm size. My investigation into academia’s deep library recesses led me down a rabbit of Endocrine mystery. It’s called MEN Syndrome. I found the doctors highly resistant to the suggestion. It’s “too rare”. Got a new Endocrinologist and moved on to genetic testing. Found a mutated gene that’s associated with breast cancer. Mammograms have so far been negative. The last I read in the Type 4 said it’ usually manifests late in life an has a propensity to indolently involve the gonads.’ Yep sure enough the aches proved to be lesions on Ultrasound and they had to go. So nature removed some hormones and surgeons removed a few more.
The word removed caught my attention.

I got lost in translation, haha
No, they weren't removed.
My hormones were normal. That's an enigma. Why do I have feminization of the body, including breast growth, and my hormones are normal? True, my testosterone was in the lower half of normal. But the results are still considered normal.

Taxmapper do you swoop and scoop your breast tissue into the cups? I am quite shallow and wide set but I'm able to manipulate my breast tissue such that I'm now often professionally fitted into a 34DD.  The more you do this the easier it is to mobilise breast tissue to where it needs to be. I genuinely belive that I have experienced tissue migration over the last 12 months.
