Hey doctor , so i had Gyne since puberty and posted a few topics back about if it is going to go since i got it at the age of 14 and im currently 17 and there is still time for it to go away . My question today is that if u feel the lumps when you grab your whole breast area does it mean something ?

If your gynecomastia has not resolved by age 17 and it developed at age 14 it is unlikely it will resolve spontaneously.

The diagnosis of gyne or puffy nipples is made by observation and secondarily by feeling the tissue.  However, feeling the tissues can be misleading because gland can feel firm or soft and fat can feel firm or soft.  There is absolutely no way to diagnose how much tissue you have simply by feeling it.

If you have had excess tissue on your chest for three years and if the contours do not reflect a trim and contoured muscular chest, then almost by definition, you have gynecomastia.
