Looks like you might need a revision.It is best to let the tissue soften before a surgical revision.

Absolutely agree with Dr. Pensler -- I doubt if this will become significantly better with time.  However, revision surgery should not be considered until full healing has occurred -- usually 4-6 months.

First, it might get better over time -- so be patient.  If, after 4-6 months of healing and softening, there is still creasing, etc, then return to your surgeon to discuss possible treatment.  You might also want to get a second opinion from a gyne expert.

I would agree with Dr Jacobs ,basically regardless of what happens you are locked into several months of letting the tissue mature .By maturation what will happen is the swelling will decrease and the tissue will soften. The exact time course depends on your tissue maturation.
