I'm still around, just not posting much because I am quite upset that my results are nowhere near what I expected them to be.

Raven....

Sorry to hear that you're not happy with your surgery results.  :-/

Good luck with Dr. Lista Broh....

Shit, are you serious?
i think you look great in your pics, better than me and i'm still happy i guess.
I don't want to start working out anytime soon, that's for sure. It sucks because i'm gaining other weight by sitting around. Remember that guy who posted saying after 1 year it all came together -  i think you should weight a bit. But yeah, i know what you mean, i'm not 100% satisfied at all. I'd say 60% and that's better than nothing. I don't think i could go through all this again. the surgery and all.

14 post op.
Yeah - not happy.
Maybe i was in denial.
I still totally have moobs.
smaller but they are still there.
I haven't seen an approvement since the 1st post op, day 5 or whatever.
Is there anything else i can be doing?
I haven't worked out at all - might make a difference. I'm gonna start cardio next week.
Bambu, your chest was swollen but it was still flat. mine doesn't look anything like it.
Really annoyed right now.
I feel like Raven.

Rancho, give it a little more time still...
I know I'm one to talk, but 2 weeks is still a little early to
conclude your outcome. It should still get a little better anyway.
Do you have any pics of the type of gyne you had?
Before and after pics? I want to know in comparison how your case differed from mine.
I wouldn't workout yet, it still too early.
I've began after the 4 week mark came, and have been
every day since.
Keep your chin up dude  8)

i thoughts your working out bruised everything?
you're at 4 weeks post? I thought you were just 1 week before me - maybe 2.
I have no pics. Your pics look FINE to me. i just still have moobs. I have a big chest naturally - pretty big boned and even the doctor said i have big chest muscles but i still wouldn't take my shirt off in public right now. BUT, i would maybe do a thick t-shirt so i've gained something. Should the tensor be VERY tight?  I actually look better in the tensor because it flattens my chest - i would normally walk around this if i had to. Thanks for the words...

I'm actually exactly 5 weeks post op now.
And yes I bruised my front a little, but I have since started working out again. No longer bruised.

I did not have my tensor very tight at all.
I basically put it back on about the same tension that the hospital had put on me. It hurt to have it on any tighter. I found that my nips were super sensitive when I moved, so I had minimal tension on it.
Plus I've heard ppl on here say that you don't need it very tight, just tight enough so that your skin does not droop when bending over etc.
You're basically trying to get the skin to re-adhere to the muscle. As long as it is touching somehat firmly, thats all that is needed. I'm no doctor, but thats my educated opinion.
