Hi,
I had gynecomastia surgery on 1st January, 2013 and after nearly two
years I am confused that whether it has come back or its
just body fat.

I have attached my recent pics, i need some guidance here.
Currently my height is 5'8''(176 cms) & my weight 70kg(154 lb)

After surgery, I havent taken any steriod or protein nor am I a drinker or smoker.
I do not have any other illness.
I have normal diet with more veggies+rice, chinese and meat sometimes

Could you confirm the below questions

1)Is it gynecomastia?
2)Any chance of it going by diet.
3)Do I need one more surgery?
4)If its gyne, then whats the reason it came back.

I am very confused & really need some help here.

One thing is very clear to me that "I am not happy with my body"

I'm not an expert by any means but I think that your Gynecomastia  has not came back. You look like you have a flat chest with no puffyness or anything. Maybe if you feel as if your carrying around some extra weight then try hitting the gym or dieting but to me you look perfectly fine.

I'm no doctor, but from the looks of it I DON'T think you have gyno.
I would suggest dieting and hitting the gym for a month or two to see if it makes a difference.

It is almost impossible to answer your questions.

You have posted photos of what you look like now -- but it would be helpful if you posted similar photos of what you looked like prior to any surgery and at six months after surgery. Then we might be able to opine or whether you seem to be re-growing or not.  You should also provide info about your weight pre-op as well as now.
