This has probably been addressed before, but after one gets excision/lipo, how long before you can do light activity (ie, walking, biking,), and how long before you can do more intense workouts (ie weights, pushups, etc)? Just looking for a general idea in the first few weeks what to expect from anyone who has been through this. Thanks guys.

Alexander....

You should be able to go out walking right after surgery. However, more intense 'upper body' activities should be avoided for at least 3 weeks.

I waited almost seven weeks, and I didn't lose much strength.

You just have to do the first few workouts with weight that is too easy.
