Puffy Nipples: Gyne or just fat?
Hello there everyone, I'm 21 years old, and have had puffy nipples for a while now. Just recently I decided that I should research and do something about it. But I've been wondering if it's gyne or just fat. I really do hope it's the latter.

Fat doesn't get under and puff out the nipples like that. It has to be hard glandular tissue.

Hey man,

I have similarish size and puffiness of my nips. Unfortunately it is gyne and unfortunately to remove the puffiness requires surgery.

Good luck whatever you decide, I'm going for surgery in the UK on Aug 11th, will put up some post-op links on the thread in my signature if you wanted to take a look then.
