I was considering having surgery with a well known doctor from Canada who uses a differrent technique than what most doctors use. He performs gland excision through the same incision as lipo (no 1/2 circle nipple incision). Most of the operation is done by feel.

Was curious what other doctors thought of this method. One would think it would be more difficult to remove glandular tissue this way. Perhaps less effective? I have a mild /moderate case, not overweight.

Thank you.

That is Dr Lista's technique.  I have seen him do it and it works well.  I have done it myself and it works in some cases and not in others.  There is no one technique that works well for every single type of case -- that is why you should choose a surgeon who is well versed in gyne surgery and who has a variety of techniques available to deal with any type of problem.
