So I'm sixteen and when I was fourteen I had this kind of hard thingy under my nipples that would hurt when touching it. Now I don't have it any more, but my nipples look exactly like this.

I swim and do losts of pushups, etc... so my chest is pretty muscular. But the thing is when I flex my chest I can still grab some fat that's above the muscle, although there's more close to the nipple. I was wondering if this is gyno or puffy nipples, and if it could go away without surgery...

Thanks Docs

This is very mild gynecomastia, and it may resolve further if it's only been there for two years.  On the other hand, it may be as resolved as it's going to be, in which case surgery might be the only way to change the appearance.

Good luck,

If you have had this condition for two or more years, it is not likely to spontaneously disappear in the near future.  You do appear to have puffy nipples on an otherwise well contoured chest.

Would suggest you speak with your folks and see your pediatrician first -- just to get the ball started.

There are two things I note.First you have a mild case of gynecomastia second you have a moderate pectus deformity.
