Can scar tissue grow several years after surgery?

Obviously, anything can happen.  But in my extensive experience, once patients have passed the one year mark with no growth of scar tissue, that is pretty much the way it should remain.

Thank you. I had one revision on one breast. I was thinking about a third sirgw because just recently after about four years later i am starting to feel the same breast getting worse...meaning possible regrowth. Not sure what to do because i dont want to make worse
