I need a doctor's point of view at my Post-Op result. Its been 15 days since my 'excision-only' surgery. I know that final results are visible after 4-5 months but what do you think of these pics.

Should i be worried?  ???  :-[

PS: My doctor advised me not to wear any compression vest or anything.

PPS: Ignore the red spots on my hand and chest, its 'Birthmarks'.

The photos you've posted are not great, you haven't included pre-operative photos, and it's early to be passing judgement on your result.  That said, the front shot doesn't look so bad, but on the side shots, it looks like there may be residual tissue.  As noted, however, it's really too early to say anything definitive.
