I would agree with Dr. Jacobs.  We see plenty of young men with minimal gynecomastia, who often describe "puffy nipples," which aren't apparent in the office.  If you're trying to demonstrate something like that, you should be sure it's at its worst when you take the photos.  These photos look essentially normal.
