I posted this in the general area too, wasn't sure where to post it.

I've had gynecomastia since I was about 12. Generally speaking it doesn't hurt and isn't sensitive, but every couple of years I get a flare up and my nipples are very sensitive and the gyno itself is painful. Whenever it has happened in the past I have gotten tamoxifen from my doctor in the UK and it has settled it down within a few days. The problem is,  I'm on holiday for two weeks in Portugal (Obidos, near Lisbon) this time! I'm here for two weeks, and have been putting up with it for the last 5 days. Does anyone know if I can go to a hospital and ask for tamoxifen here? Does anyone have any other suggestions?  Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

I don't think any of us who answer here regularly have any idea, unfortunately.
